“Food is generic Panera, but there seemed to be less broccoli in the cheddar broccoli soup and fewer apple crisps in the apple-chicken salad. Weren't given a choice of bread, apple, or chips as is normal. Only place I've been where they refused to put a latte in my own travel mug. Said health inspector wouldn't allow it, so I guess all the other Panera locations, independent coffee shops, and even Starbucks are violating health regs. Cashier was not rude, but rote and after telling us about a $ off beverage, had to be asked to apply it. If all Paneras were like this one, I would look for alternatives.”

“Nice comfortable atmosphere to eat in. My wife and I met my parents there to talk and eat. All the food was good and hot and served promptly! I had some roast with pasta. My wife and mom got shrimp dishes. My dad got spaghetti with meat sauce. The salad was cold and fresh! The service was very good too.”

“Great experience at this location. The store and restrooms were clean. The store was well stocked. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and tasty. The only negative, which is it really the fault of the store, is that it is a little hard to get in and out of. There are several stoplights and they are long. This is a problem if you are just trying to quickly get off and then back on the interstate. But if you can spare the few extra minutes, I definitely recommend.”

“It's a good place to eat, but this particular night the wait was horribly long and the staff was shorthanded. As customers left, the tables remained dirty and customers had to wait. It's rough being on a wait list and seeing empty tables remain unclean. It's like being so close yet so far. I would have cleaned my own table if they would have allowed me too. They just needed more support on this night. Other than that, it's a good place to eat and enjoy sports.”

“A rainy Saturday morning and a packed house but we only waited about 15 minutes to be seated! The waiter “Jeremy” was great. He was very friendly, fast, courteous and just totally on top of his game. As I said the place was very busy but we never had to ask for anything. The food was great too. “It had been a while since I had eaten at Harbor Inn. My sister, my cousin, and I ate there for lunch. This was one of the best meals and dining experiences I have had in a long, long time. My cousin and I ate a seafood platter, and my sister had a rib eye steak with baked potato and salad. The food was absolutely perfect and delicious. The waitress was impeccable. Her name was Toni, and she was one of the best waitresses I have ever seen. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed and to see that we enjoyed our meal. I can honestly not say anything but positive, good things about our dining experience. I will recommend this restaurant to all my friends, and I will definitely return soon.”
