“Baxter’s 1892 is a fantastic addition to New Bern’s music and nightlife scene! Immediately upon entering, it feels like you’re transported to another space and time. This place is a cocktail & tapas bar and entertainment venue with the most incredible attention to detail. Baxter’s 1982 provides a big-city jazz lounge experience with its own unique twist, right in downtown New Bern. While the food and drinks are incredible, the attention to providing a live music experience every evening is the feature what’s really show-stopping. A fantastic place where I’m sure I’ll be a frequent patron!”
