“The only reason I’m rating this restaurant with 4 stars instead of 1 is because of the quick response of Olivia. On 9/26/2019 I ordered the Free Range Chicken Salad. When I received my salad the cucumbers were soft and translucent. I asked the girl behind the counter if the cucumbers were marinated...without checking she responded, “I think so”. Her coworker, Olivia, who overheard her, went to the kitchen to check and returned with a bowl of fresh cucumbers. I’m grateful for knowledgeable, conscientious people who go above and beyond to make sure a customer’s experience is enjoyable and safe.”

“The bad- Just paid $7 for 5 "Southwest Mesquite Rolls" which look, taste and feel EXACTLY like taquitos RIGHT out of a box. I was expecting egg rolls with a southwestern twist which I've had before and were amazing. Aside from this disappointment, (The good--) Half Time is still pretty dern awesome and i cant exaggerate the insanely good value of the 50 cent "wings" on Tuesdays which are more like long, thin tenders. order $10 worth with fries and that's easily dinner for 4. 4 very happy, satisfied bellies- and likely still have overs to take to work. “I traveled a long way almost 8 hours to be exact to New Bern. One of the biggest reason is to get the pizza, but I wanted to take it back home. I informed the staff of my plans. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to put a whole box of pizza in a cooler by tin foiling them individually once they cooled. That is going above and beyond! So grateful for the outstanding customer service! I can't wait to go back.”

“Wow what a surprise! The late night staff and cook are great. There was a warm greeting over my cup of coffee. The bacon and over easy eggs were perfect. The waitress had great customer service. Right before I walked out the cook made a point to ask if my meal was to my satisfaction. That was a pleasant surprise. My perception of Waffle House has changed for the better since I came over this article... "The Waffle House Index is an informal metric used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to determine the effect of a storm and the likely scale of assistance required for disaster recovery. If you get there and the Waffle House is closed? That's really bad.... " Who knew?”

Waitress was nice but attentive at all. She didn't fill our drinks the whole time and when we asked for a refil...she must of forgot because it wasn't until she brought us our bill that she refilled them.”

“It has become our new favorite place! We had our daughter's birthday party there today and it was a blast. They even gave us extra ice cream and when we almost forgot our deposit for the party they flagged us down to return it. The food is always good and I don't worry about my kids playing with it being fenced in and them cleaning it every night.”

“I was very surprised!!!! The pizzas were very reasonable and you get a lot. I was going to order on pizza. However , the cashier suggested me to get the two large pizza special. Which was cheaper and I got more for my money!!!!! The chicken wings are also good. Also you can buy a half of gallon of sweet tea. No complaints here. I would definitely eat pizza here on my next trip to New Bern, NC. Also, the staff were very friendly and made me feel like I was welcomed. Keep up the good work guys. Be blessed.”

“Very good food at this Hardee's location. All the team members at this location are very polite. The food is prepared quickly and taste great even considering that it is Hardee's fast food. The reason I couldn't give this location a fifth star is because they had double charged my card during one visit; this issue was resolved with no hustle, although it should never happen at all.”
