Outback Steakhouse

Customer was great, but the steak was a little tough this time. The baked potato wasn't that great, very dry even though it had a little butter on it. I was celebrating my birthday with friends. My friend ordered the wings as an appetizer and shared it with us and they were delicious. I then ordered some wings to go( there were a total of 8) and they were very small compared to what was served as the appetizer. I had bought some for my Mother. They were a total disappointment. The Arnold Palmer (tea and lemonade) I ordered was delicious.

Food was great but customer service was even better. Our awesome server, Vincent, was professional and attentive. My steak was a bit undercooked but he apologized profusely even though he didn’t cook it. They insisted I accept fresh sides when it came back out as well. The manager Francheska, brought it back out super fast and it was perfect. ???????? Great experience, kudos to Vincent.

I usually go here for a steak or chicken meal, but I chose a burger this time around. Oh how succulent it was, and the bloomin' onion is the best appetizer ever!! Service was awesome, had a drink the entire 2 hour dinner. Accommodates larger parties easily, I would limit to 10 though. Split seating is available but makes family dinner awkward. Also, get there around 4:30-5 PM otherwise I wouldn't go til around 8.

Excellent meal. The Porterhouse Pork Chop was cooked perfectly. The waitress was prompt and very knowledgeable. The managers took time to check on our meal and service. So glad we decided to celebrate my birthday there, plus I received a Chocolate Thunder Down Under for free. Definitely going back to this location. Thanks for making my BDay especially nice.

Tho it wasn't quite as busy, it did take a while for our waiter to make first contact. After that it was nothing but great service and food. The steaks we're cooked perfectly. Ordered the seasoned and seated prime rib 20 oz and it was delicious. Along with the asparagus and side salad, it was a great meal. Cheesecake to go and I just finished it. Wish I ordered two.
