Sonic Drive-In

This Sonic has decent food, in line with what you'd expect from a Sonic. As I've experienced, the best part about this location is the customer service. If there is an issue, the team is quite responsive and willing to correct errors with usually a quite friendly and helpful approach to their service.

The power went out when I went last week, so I didn't get my food. Came back today and got it no problem. They were understanding to the situation. I also like how the owner provides a direct number to call for any problems whatsoever. They are really committed to customer service!

Sonic is one of those places Fayetteville just has too few of. No place better to get the convenience of a drive through and the ability to take your time at the same time. The drink choices on a hot day are kind of hard to beat.

Kids loved the playground. Service was great. Minus one star for defective speaker/screen that made my husband frustrated when ordering and trying to pay. Staff helpful and ready to fix though.
