“My experience here was fantastic. The food selection and quality of the food was great. The atmosphere of a local eatery so close to the beach is perfect. Personally, I loved eating on the small deck that was outside and right above the bar and grill area. “Great experience on our last night in the Outer Banks. I had beef tenderloin and my boyfriend had the pork chop. Both were cooked to specification and perfectly seasoned. Sides were delicious. Wine selection is great and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back for a nice meal/special occasion.”

We had breakfast there, and every single item was freshly made with quality ingredients. Prices are reasonable and staff are very friendly. We will def be eating here again on this trip! “Best dining experience, revitalizes my faith in humanity. Went for a casual eat with my parents, we all ordered our food with no fuss, had a pleasant down to earth server giving us good recommendations. Our food was served within what felt like 5 minutes nice and hot and piled high. We all started devouring our food and as we came to finish we asked for some to go boxes. While we were waiting a gentleman approached us and asked my mother a question. He didn't ask his question rude or incredulous but simply asked "Did the sides fill you up or did you just not like my chicken?" She didn't eat much of her pulled chicken just because shes a picky person and told him that and he said no problem and walked away. He came back with a whole half roasted chicken in a box for her and we thanked him. As we were getting our bill he also slipped in and took our bill and took off her chicken order even though we put up no fuss about it. This man was the owner and I could tell he took great pride in his food and has his restaurant open not just to fill his pockets, but to serve quality food and service. Looking at the house made bbq sauces you can see it is all simple, natural ingredients with no preservatives which is the way I imagine the food is made too. The food was delicious and the service was the best I've ever seen a truly remarkable man who appreciates good food and his customers. He also gave us stickers on our way out. For the record he asked us if anyone wanted the pulled chicken because he didn't want to just waste it, so I said I'd take it. Took it home and ate it later, was delicious, obviously my mom just has issues. 5/5 recommend this place to anybody passing through or local, prices are great too for so much food you get!”

“Really great place with a variety of different bagels to choose from. You build off of a donut template and then choose topping to add from there. They have popular choices laid out too. You can get sausage egg and cheese donuts there too. I would recommend getting the maple bacon one as the base and sausage egg and cheese on that.”

“Love this new place! Perfect for seafood lovers. Always ordered The Drool with chef's special juicy king sauce which is so good and can't find that anywhere else. Prepared to got messy! “The quality of your visit will depend on a few things. The staff here during the summer employs visa immagrants whom do not always speak the best English. The manager keeps things organized by ensuring that employees only do their assigned tasks. Meaning not all employees will be able to help you get a refill. If you behave respectfully and keep an understanding mind, the staff will treat you the same. Keep in mind that this location can take 30 minutes or more to get you your food. So plan on sitting down and chilling if you insist on eating inside. Also remember that you can order from the self checkout to avoid miscommunication. All that being said...
