Diamond Shoals Restaurant

Diamond Shoals Restaurant is a fantastic spot for fresh seafood in a casual atmosphere. The entrance of the restaurant contains a small gift shop to browse and the walls of the seating area are lined with photographs and interesting wood carvings.

We had the cobia and wahoo and both were perfectly cooked and outstanding in flavor. The portions are large, and the sweet potato waffle fries are out of this world. There is also a full service salad bar, soups, and raw seafood to choose from.

Despite being wall to wall packed when we visited, our waitress was prompt, attentive, polite, and informative. Our food arrived within a reasonable time and on point. We will definitely be back again.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and the food was great! The calamari was some plump squid and didn’t have too much breading which made them perfect. My meal of the rib eye wrap and sweet potato fries hit the spot. The seafood quesadilla was delicious too!

PS- this place offers a free sand dollar for a nice review. To my loyal review followers, I did NOT accept this bribe and I will continue reviewing food with pure integrity. Very much enjoyed our meal.

The standout was the sushi! I had the Tuna Poke and my partner had the Spicy Tuna Roll - both excellent! Spicy, fresh, and flavorful.

Then we shared the Broiled Captain’s Platter, which was very good and filled us up very fast. More than enough food for two people. Plus the complimentary hush puppies are quite yummy.

Highly recommend and will return in a heartbeat, especially for that sushi.

Very prompt service and a table available as soon as we arrived! Seafood was fantastic the captains platter and mate platter I'd highly recommend as well as any other fresh food dishes. The pasta dishes were not a favorite of any of us but the seafood was! Definitely recommend a dinner here if you're in the area.

This place is awesome! Definitely recommend going here if you want a huge meal. I came here with a group of 7 and here are some of the kids opinions…
8 yr old: It gave a lot of good food!
11 yr old : I loved the yummy chicken!
14 yr old: Lots of yummy large portions!
