Great place. Yes.. the outside has a lot to be desired when you first pull in. The service was great. This is an order and then sit down kind of place. The sandwiches were HUGE. We could barely finish our fries. The food was REALLY GOOD. However... beware of the charges. The menu describes what is on the sandwich. BUT THEY charge for all toppings individually that are listed under the description So a bun and burger is 7.99. But with the rest of the description they add another $3 to 4.00 and do not list that on the menu until the bill comes.. we could not understand what the extra charges where. I think if you list what the description is that is what you should get for THAT price.

The food is absolutely AMAZING!! 😍 Ask for Cj in the kitchen and you'll never be disappointed. Shrimp & Grits is a MUST. Along with the Philly Cheese steak.. They even have a bunch of different Hershey's flavors for dessert if you're feeling like ice cream. Highly recommend. 👨‍🍳🍛🍤🍲🥗🍨🍧🍦🤤

We have eaten here several times and enjoyed the food. The burgers have been the highlight so we came this time and ordered two Burgers to-go and one of the boxes had a raw Shrimp in the box with the Burger. This brings up so many questions about food handling and food safety. We only gave 3 stars because of this. The food here is always good and the people friendly but I review every place we go now so this is an honest review.

This place was okay. The ice cream choices are the usual. The service was great! The young lady was very friendly and inviting. The place seemed a little letgo. The ice cream tags were difficult to read, I think, because they were so old. The place was dark. They had sort of a cute setup in the seating area with murals on the walls, but still dark in there too. It was just okay. Not great, but not too bad either.

The shrimp and grits is the type of meal that you excitedly take a bite of and then feel your mouth spreading into the biggest smile. It’s the type of meal that kills all conversation, because why use your mouth for talking when you are indulging in a symphony of flavors? It’s the type of meal you use your fries to soak up any remaining gravy because it’s inappropriate to lick your plate clean at a restaurant. It’s the type of meal you think about for two weeks after you eat it, and then decide to post a Google review so other people get to enjoy it too.

In short, I loved the shrimp and grits at Fattys Treats & Tours, and I hope to take a vacation again to Buxton, NC soon so I can eat it again!
