Great food. Diversity welcome. Cozy atmosphere
Great food at decent prices! We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't super busy. The waitress was nice and friendly. She gave us some good recommendations. We got the crab soup, the Honduran enchiladas, and the baleada. The homemade tortilla for the baleada was amazing! All three items were great! They didn't have free water so we had to pay $2 for each water bottle. The music was uncomfortably loud so that is the reason for the four stars.
Only one trip, and tried only one dish: Baleada. But it was fantastic, and I can't wait to try again and work through other menu options. Make sure you brush up on your Spanish! Great to find a good Honduran place in Durham.
Food was ok but the service was inexperienced and shy, attitude and excuses. I wouldn't go out of my way to return or patronize this establishment. There are many other great places to eat where the service is competent and the food is better. Look elsewhere.
It was our first time here, so we drove past the entrance to the parking lot since the building sits back a bit. Our waitress was friendly and helpful even if English wasn't her main language. Our food was very good, my husband ordered one of their platter dishes and definitely didn't go away hungry.
