Hands down spiciest verde sauce I’ve had in Durham and ya in bottles on the tables! The tacos are great, the papusa are to die for!!! Must try this place out!! Don’t let it’s exterior detour you because this place is great!! Hole in the wall authentic, dare I say best in the triangle!!

Moved here from Phoenix a few years ago and finally found tacos that are as good as in the SW! Best in the triangle

Amazing authentic Mexican food. Its behind a money transfer service agency. Seems trendy too. Lots of college students come by here to eat and with three tacos with rice and beans for only $9, I don't blame them. Food is great!

By far, the best best best tacos I've had in my entire life yet!! It's an extremely small, hole in the wall place so if you want to go, go with zero expectations of service, minimal hygiene and you will be delighted to see how warm and welcoming the people there are who run this place. Also it's hard to find some of their offerings on the menu anywhere else at all. It's an absolute treasure which I think everyone should experience. The restaurant is in the same building as a small department store upfront. The prices are so affordable that I wouldn't be able to make it myself with the least expensive ingredients. It's good for lunch, dinner, take out. The staff or the others are not very fluent in English but speak Spanish smoothly. You have a good time, just try it out to try it again

Eat here! What an amazing find. I would never known there was food served in the building. I'm working in the area and today was my first trip. I will be back next week and take photos maybe make another review. Good talk now go eat!
