“This is easily the best food truck I've ever been to. The birria quesadilla I got last week was, to be completely honest, one if the top five things I've ever eaten. The meat is so tender and incredibly well seasoned, and you can tell that time, care, and love were put into the birria. The incredible river of melted cheese was a perfect contrast to the sweet and salt of the meat, and the cilantro and onions give it an earthy taste that balances everything just beautifully. The extra juice with the order is, after the dipping is done and the food is finished, good enough that you'll talk yourself out of drinking it. This place is high quality and worth every penny. Great service, incredible food, and I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I can't speak to the ice cream, but I saw that it was blue bunny instead of the house made flavors that can be found at La Sirenita just down the road. I'm pretty sure the coffee was just instant, and the al pastor tacos were average. With that said, the owners are extremely kind and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Maybe the food will get better over time, but only time will tell.”

We brought our toddler in and he got to meet a very exuberant and happy dog which made his day. The ladies working there were so sweet. “The best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the Cheese Beaut with Swiss cheese, homemade pickles, mayo on the side and an order of slaw. I also had a chocolate chip cookie. The chicken was delicious, moist and very tasty with just the right amount of seasoning, slaw was excellent and the cookie just topped off the meal. Congratulations on the perfect chicken sandwich! Did I mention they brought my order to the car for me. Great service!”

“This is one of the best Mexican spots I've been to since moving here from NY. It's new so they are still working out a few kinks (like the liquor license to serve adult beverages) but it was fantastic. The customer service was great. Everyone has a great attitude and are super courteous. The food portions were AMAZING! Largest portions I've encountered so far. Excellent value. The food was prepared quickly and was cooked correctly. It was not greasy and cheese sauce wasn't on every dish like most places I've been to here lol We cant wait to go back once they begin to serve alcohol in a couple of weeks! Highly recommend this place.”
