Great food. The customer service is outstanding. The decor could use an uplift. Good value for your money. Healthy options.

This K&W is a little bigger than the other ones located in Winston-Salem and is considered to be in a highly traffic area. There are many businesses surrounding this place so there is always someone hereeating. The food is great and the portions of food that they give you are pretty big and worth the money, so make sure when you order a normal sized meal that you are hungry if you plan on eating it all. The staff is nice and the restaurant is normally clean. I give it a 5 star

Took my dad here for lunch in 2017 he loved their fried chicken livers, the chicken tenders, their pork chops, Salisbury steak and always their broccoli and cheese! Best food cafeteria style! Both my parents loved K&W. My favorites are the Cod fish fillets, the chicken tenders, the Pinto beans, and the coconut cream pie. They give you good sized portions and aren't pricey!

You can always count on a good meal at K&W. . . Something for everyone. . . I wish they would quit pushing this "waitress" concept. . . I don't mind getting my own water. . . The bathroom at this K&W is always clean. . . In a hurry check out the To-Go entrance on the side. . .
