“The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Don’t be afraid to speak up if you have an issue here because they are beyond willing to fix fix fix until you are satisfied! It was almost hard to tell in the busy rush who was even our server with the amount of team work I saw set in place and the food and serving sizes were beyooond great! Definitely more than I expected and the whole overall atmosphere from the decor to the friendly wait staff to the attentiveness of management(they checked on our meal and we saw them walking to several other tables) has made this my number one lunch spot!”

“I honestly came in with low expectations of a chain Mex/Am fast food chain. The food was good, and seemed to be much better quality than a typical fast food place. The gentleman helping us named, “Swift,” was very patient with us being first timers with hungry children. Smoked brisket burrito and quesadilla were both tasty. We would all come back.”

“I have been coming to this store for years. Always have a great experience. Food’s great and the customer service is above and beyond excellent. Some customers come in being rude, stealing items and will laugh in employees’ face, yet cashiers still try to be nice. I firmly believe not all customers are right and should be banned from stores. They always say you will tell 10 people about a bad experience and only 1 person about a good experience. Well I like for everyone to know this store is the Best.”

“I decided to stop by after a suggestion from a coworker. I Called the order in. The person that answered the phone was very personable. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I walked through the door dead at 20 minutes and it was ready right as I got there. The person at the register, which was the same one who took my call was amazing. They definitely picked the right employee to interact with their customers. I ordered the Spicy Korean and the original hot. Both were pretty good but i would prefer more spice. I will definitely be going back to try the atomic and another flavor. I didn't try the fries last time, but so many people have talked about them i will have to try them as well.”

“I was getting my car serviced and my wife wanted to go somewhere different for breakfast. I did a search and Grandma Ruby’s came up. Country cooking, huh? Growing up in the south and eating at a lot of friends/acquaintances/dates’ Grandma’s houses, I’d say I’ve become a little experienced with southern or country cooking.... we’ll, I’d like to set everyone straight and assure you this a legit place. I got my over medium eggs with biscuits and SAUSAGE gravy and some tomato slices. I was a very happy camper after that. The prices are great for the amount of food you and for the quality as well. I believe they are only for breakfast and lunch. The wife is a hard to please eater and she enjoyed this place very much and we definitely do plan on coming back soon. Grandma Ruby, save a couple of seats for us at the table.”

“This place is just to cold. When I complained, I was told that there is just so much heat generated in the cooking area. Now, what I think is the people working there need to shed lots and lots of fat that others don't have on them then they can see what the problem is and why people avoid stopping there. Who wants cold, old coffee. The place was empty except for me. In a restaurant, I want a comfortable room temperature. Not hot or cold.”

“McDonald's is a great place to get food quick. We like their breakfast because they have a complete line of biscuit, English muffin, and bagel sandwiches. Along with hash browns and a variety of drinks, it is quick to go and the quality is consistent. While not quite the same as a more sit down restaurant, it does provide a great alternative for a complete meal.”

“The chicken here is some of the best in the triad and was also founded in Winston-Salem. Definitely suggest if you're from out of town to give this place try. The restaurant is usually pretty clean. I got the snack as I have pictured in this review, it's a pretty big portion of food for a little over $10, and its plenty enough to share between 2 people.”
