“I've not eaten at any Papa John's location since my daughter was born, she's 23. The last visit there a staple was found in our pizza. Today after all this time my aunt wanted to go there for wings. This location doesn't have the friendliest people, the cashier was nice. Jessica I think her name was. My food was good, not bad, Not at all. I guess we'll see if it will be 23 more years before I go back again.”

“Restaurant is at the corner of the shopping area. We were quite late, so made a take home order. Ordered Cashew chicken and chicken fried rice. Loved the cashew chicken gravy and the white rice combination. Fried rice itself was not that great. However Cashew chicken gravy mixed with fried rice turned out to be awesome.”

“My husband and I have lived in Winston for years and we were thrilled when our google search led us to May Way! The food is delicious, the wait was not bad at all! They were so polite to us and the food was amazing!!!! I highly recommend the dumpling soup if it is on weekend special, it was packed with flavor, well balanced and had plenty of dumplings! It was enough for my husband and I to share! We also had the pork and veggie steamed bun, fried pork dumplings and the peach buns! Absolutely loved every bit of it! We will be back and we’re bringing our friends too! Limited seating isn’t an issue, you can just get the food to go and picnic or eat in the car! So fun and worth it!”

They have a huge variety of vegitarian options, and had Chicken and Lamb as their meats. It also has options for spicy or not spicy for almost every meal. “Everything was amazing. Their outside patio was perfect and then we moved inside due to weather. Wait staff was exceptional and the food was incredible. I had the meatballs with grits. “Really fun, quirky atmosphere with very friendly staff and decent prices. Nothing fancy, but it's a great little place to relax after walking in the gardens. They only do crepes, but they have so many interesting options that I didn't really mind. The crepes themselves are fluffy with just the right amount of chew and the fillings are well balanced flavors with just enough to leave you feeling satisfied. I got the lemon crepe last time and the sweet/tart combo of the lemon curd and raspberry puree was really bright and flavorful and delicious”

The food was perfect the service was timed impeccably and courteous and personable I can not think of one way the night could have been better. “Nice selection of food - great if you and your date are feeling like different things for dinner. Italian food is pretty good for the price point, but it's hard to order by phone because they never seem to understand our address and we’ve had to repeat everything 3-4 times every time we’ve called. We'd switched to ordering online but they changed the delivery radius shortly thereafter so that's no longer an option. Delivery was also pretty slow - about an hour every time. If you know to expect it and plan for it it’s not so bad, but when you’re really hungry that’s a long time checking the time and wondering where your stuff is. I’ve opened up my confirmation email several times to see how long it’d been. It’s a price to pay for a better than average pizza place and place to get Italian dinners other nights, and that will deliver. Eating inside is a pretty quiet experience with intimate lighting. We've tried everything from subs to pizza and dishes like chicken parm and were never disappointed. I just wish their delivery options were better. Now that they won’t deliver to us it places them in a weird place, where it’s no longer convenient enough to order each week, but when we’re in the mood to go out we’re often looking for something different.”

“Love this place and grew up on their cooking. For a great country ham, red eye gravy, grits and eggs...no place better. Staff is down home friendly and fast. They aim to please the customer always. It is a place where you are always running into someone who knows you. Great place for family and friends to gather and eat. Never had a meal that was not good. “Well here is the deal with this JOINT every Thursday night Wake Forest University Students come here around 11PM-12AM. Student girls come with there girlfriend and Guys with there friends. After an hour or so of drinking they mingle get drunk and now guys go with girls and girls go with guy they don't even know till the mingling takes place. You do the math so now they go to each other dorms and have LR Thursday night stands as in 1 nights :). Oh another things a lot of breakups take place because guys are looking for new fishes.”

“This McDonald's is extremely busy and seems under staffed. I had to leave my meal behind today so I wouldn't make my husband late for work. I went back and asked for a refund because at that time there was no one to eat what I had ordered. They gave me my refund with no issue and I was grateful for that, however they should staff more employees or find a more organized way to handle their traffic so people aren't left waiting so long.”

“Went to Hot Dog City today with my kids, after we started talking about hot dogs and I remembered they had that veggie dog with chili and cheese sauce. My only regret is that I ordered one hot dog instead of two. Veggie chili is so good. So good. Only hot dog place in town that's this vegetarian/no pork friendly. I'll be going back (and ordering two) very soon. Also, previous reviews mention the wait--this place is super affordable, but it's not a fast food chain. They're going to cook you your food when you order, and it's going to take a minute. You'll wait your turn, you'll get your food, and you'll be getting a great deal.”
