“Great food. First time coming after trying from other people for the past few months so had to try. Definitely worth the time to come. Got 5 big chicken tenders, 5 wings, fries a drink for only 15, I dont think thats bad. With all the food we have with definitely some leftovers, we spent around 45. Got 15 wings in total, a house fried rice, 3 drinks, chicken tenders and not stingy on the sauces at all. Will come again, good food and very chill atmosphere. 10/10”

“While in Gastonia I decided to stop by my favorite place for chicken. Bojangles! No other fast-food chain can compare. I went to the drive-thru and noticed they had two lanes. I chose the lane that to my dismay wasn't operational; as of yet. I decided to go in and I'm glad I did. Not only was the staff nice but this Bojangles has a window where you can watch as the biscuits are being made! How awesome”

“Today was their grand opening, so things were a bit slow. But the food was fresh and piping hot! Hubby & the daughter liked their cheeseburgers & fresh cut fries. I liked my mac n cheese & “snack pack” - 4 wings and fries. The taste was good, I was a little disappointed with the ranch not being homemade tho. And I would like to see more flavor/sauces for the wings. Prices were great!”

“Food is excellent staff is very friendly and polite I'm always welcomed when I walk in the door I remember one time I came in and it was 2:10 they close at 2:00 then graciously turn the grill back on and fix my food that was the biggest tip I've ever left in a restaurant. “Good service, amazing chicken and good deals all at the same place, you get like four decent scoops of chicken then two sides. They don't cheap out on proportions. My two sides were rice and noodles and the rice alone filled up most of the tray, the noodles were plenty and it almost wouldn't close. And all for 6.99! Gave me a free sample too.”

“Let me tell you about the fried chicken. Crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of grease. This is the epitome of soul food. Probably the best fried chicken thigh I have ever had. The leg was great too, but the thigh was on another level. Hit that bad boy with some hot sauce and prepare your taste buds for a ride. For sides, I had mac & cheese along with pinto beans. The pinto beans were standard fare. Exactly what I was expecting, but not really jumping out at me. But that mac & cheese was absolute fire. It wasn't too dry or too runny, but somewhere right in the middle with a hint of that baked cheese flavor and crunch. When I go back, I may order a double portion. It was that good.”

“My first experience in there was not too good but I went back to give it a second try. The food was great and our waiter was very friendly and attended to our needs quickly. The dinning area and bathrooms are very clean . And I noticed that Not only did they wipe down the tables & swept the area after a group of people left they also mop the floor around the sitting area immediately for the next customers. “We had Lucita's last night at Thirsty Dog and I was pleasantly surprised! Sometimes it's hard to find a good food truck. But Lucita's was great! Our group had chicken tacos, quesobirria tacos (THE BEST!), and they even made a gluten free plate for one of us. Nice people, as well. Looking forward to having this again. Definitely try the quesobirria tacos!”

“This place is AMAZING! It is a family owned and ran restaurant. We drove up from Charlotte to meet family and they recommended this place and boy, what a great choice! If you love Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese, Yams, you MUST order them. I had the deep fried ribs and my husband had the honey fried chicken. I truly don't think there is a bad item on their menu. This restaurant is a MUST GO but they do close at 7pm so don't come late!”
