We decided to try Valle'243 today after hearing great reviews.
I had eggplant parmigiana dinner which melted in your mouth. the Mariana sauce was to die for. My husband decided to try the meatball sandwich and the cheese pizza. They were both so good also . We remarked that this was fine dining in Clyde, N.C. The owner and chef could not have been nicer and aimed to please all who were there . Our waitress was sweet. We will be returning to try more dishes.
We love to support our local restaurants. We tried 243 for lunch, order a pizza, meatball sub, and arenchni. We were disappointed, the pizza crust was great but the cheese lacked flavor and that gooey cheese pull. The meatball sub was nicely sliced but lacked flavor and cheese. The arenchni was perfectly crisp on the outside but the middle was..lacking. There were bits of good but overall needs flavor and unxiousness.

Went here for lunch, everything was absolutely delicious 🤤 the best Italian food I have ever had! Everything was made fresh and the owner is super nice! Will be coming back for sure ☺️
Delicious food and wonderful service. We've tried both Spaghetti and Meatballs and today, pizza. Huge portions, fresh, high quality ingredients. Don't miss this new place. Excellent!!!
We had the opportunity to dine with Valerio tonight. Started out with 4 appetizers (party of 4) and to say we we blown away would be a understatement. All were excellent and we finished every bite. Then the entrees came. Fettuccine Alfredo (the tables favorite dish) was simply amazing. The lasagna was perfect and you could tell the pasta and sauce were homemade. The chicken parmesan had a fantastic taste with the fresh pasta and sauce. And the eggplant parmesan was equally impressive. We finished off the meal with panacatta, tiru miso, peach and lemon sorbet. Again, all hits with the entire party.
Our waitress did a great job, was very attentive without smothering us, and presented herself as a true asset to help promote the choices of food. Valerio came out several times to talk. You can see and taste the love and pride he puts into each dish. To have been open for only 8 days it was a perfect meal from start to finish. I would suggest you go quick because as soon as the word gets out this restaurant will be in high demand with customers.
You have to give Valerio and his family a try at their new restaurant Valé 243! Hands down the best pizza sauce I have EVER tried, and that was only from my first experience here! Everyone I've spoken to, spoke highly, and thats during his soft opening period. I cannot wait to see this place grow. They make all of their own dressings, and have the southern hospitality added to the genuine Italian eats! Support these folks, they both live and work local also, you will not be disappointed!
