I went to the drive thru and didn't get half my order call back to the restaurant when I home they clamd I had gotten it

Counter staff go that little bit extra for Customers. Ordered a couple of cokes. Card machine went offline. Manager gave them to us. We pass by here time to time,this is one of better burger king restaurants.

I ordered a #14 Fish Sandwich combo at the drive thru, but received a Chicken Sandwich combo. The order taker seemed to be having a Murphy's Law day and was not very attentive when taking my order and interrupted me while I was speaking my order and got it wrong in the beginning; she had to be corrected due to ineffective listening. So, in essence my order was incorrect twice. As with most fast food establishments, better training and management are needed and this one is no exception.

Placed order, asked me each item I ordered to verify, yes, yes, one at a time as I ordered. Pulled up to the window, asked again, rang it up on two separate orders. Had to pay two separate times for items I ordered three times with three people. Got our order, drove off. Order was wrong. Went back in, gave them the wrong items, they fixed it again, cold, and gave it to me. I opened it to check it and gave it back to them to heat. How pathetic... you'd think as slow as they were and ordering ham, egg and cheese croissant and bacon, egg and cheese croissant and two drinks they could handle it. It did taste good after it was all done with but the aggravation wasn't worth it.
