    This is a great space!!! The food and coffee are wonderful and reasonably priced. Also there is out door seating to watch the river float by. This is a super chill space!!

    The best hot chocolate around and really cool place to have a cup of coffee neat stream out back to hang out and watch the water flow by

    My whole family loves this place and we have to stop in every time we visit Waynesville. My parents lived within walking distance until this past year. Now we actually have to get in the car and drive there, but we still do!!

    I love the vibe in this place. It's great for working, hanging out and catching up. Convenient parking on the street or in a lot across the way. I've been coming to Panacea since high school(15+ years)...always a favorite

    Honestly one of the most welcoming and great tasting coffee houses I've ever been to. The art and views from balcony outside is beautiful. Anytime I'm in town I will be sipping coffee here and eating one of their delicious sandwiches.
