    Good food at a reasonable price. Wait-time a little long due to volume of traffic compared to staff size.

    Best breakfast and lunch place around. Great food, friendly people who run the place, very clean. Love it.

    Update: This place has become our regular weekend breakfast place. Simple, but consistently great food in a place where the staff treat you like friends. You may have a short wait to get a table, but it’s worth it.

    Our usual Sunday-after-church place had a longer than normal wait. So, we looked on Yelp for another nearby breakfast/brunch place. We didn't know Black Eyed Pea was still open but were pleasantly surprised! Our food was delicious and cooked exactly the way we asked for it. Our server was friendly and had perfect coffee timing.
