    Best breakfast place. Their specials are great. Try the French toast. It’s the best. Owner and staff are wonderful people.

    My husband and I have been here several times for a late breakfast and lunch. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The service is very good and it is very clean. So glad it opened up again after the retirement of the other owners. Mooresville needs more restaurants with "normal" food for the older crowd.

    Mama Katie's breakfast was outstanding! French toast, sausage, grits, omelette, even eggs benedict, each item fresh and delicious. Service outstanding and personal, we were well looked after. I highly recommend Katie's for a comfort-food breakfast.

    I’m a local and a true Southerner. I moved to Mooresville a few years ago to be close to my grandchildren. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. So I’ve been searching for somewhere that searches perfect grits, crispy bacon (no grease), perfect scrambled eggs (not over and not under). I finally found it! The staff are also as amazing. It is worth what little time you have to wait to be seated. They need a larger place already! Well done!!
