“Went in at lunch today for takeout...Friday lunch seemed really slow. The service was great. I called ahead. The order was perfect. The food was the best real Italian since the old Mayo's. I had the Salmon shitaki mushroom dish with arugula. The sauce was delicious. The basic salad was nothing special but the lettuce was super fresh. I am taking my wife there this weekend. This is the best Italian in the area..much more than a pizza place.. The prices were very competitive. I hope others will discover this quiet little gem.”

“It's always extremely busy, but we are always served by a friendly young person with kindness and a smile. It's amazing how organized and fast those kids are... they get 2 lines of cars through that are wrapped around the building faster than some fast food restaurants get 2 or 3 cars through! If I saw that many cars at another fast food place, I would go somewhere else. And the food Is always hot and delicious! It's our favorite place!”

“They need more of a selection at lunch time. Not leave the cold pizzas on the bar they only had maybe 3 pizzas if that due to leaving one style on two trays. Then get better cooking crew in to do a better job of keeping the pizzas on the bar. I believe that we have a better pizza chain called Village Inn Pizza. We will be going back to it. They keep up a lot better than Cicis. Maybe Cicis will learn better over time.”

One of the employees was throwing an attitude when we brought our food back but the manager turned a terrible experience into one that I feel needs a review. He made all the difference we were not going return but now I will return because if the manager is going to do so well at his job I shouldn't let a couple of employees change our mind on patronage. “I love Bojangles and I loved it this time. The only problem I have with any fast food place these days is they don't include anything you'd need with your food anymore. Napkins are a necessity and I never get one anymore. Also, if I order coffee, I don't think it's too much to ask to expect cream and sugar with my order. If I was in the store, I know where it is, but I don't have it readily available in my car. Condiments would be nice as well. They used to just put it in, then they started asking, and now, they don't even bother to include ANYTHING. It was still one of the best steak biscuits I've ever had.”

“This little place is incredible. Just saw the sign for pizza and wings. Stopped and that was the best decision I've made in a long time. The wings were incredible. The homemade sauce was perfection. And I also ordered their Honey Mozzarella Cheesy Bread. I have tasted anything so incredible in many many years. You have to try it. Its worth a drive. Even the Ranch and Blue Cheese dipping sauce was homemade. The staff were very friendly and accomidating. I will be back. 5 Stars and a Hell Yea. To the owner and his staff.”

“I don’t usually do this but the staff at this particular Waffle House was terrific. Food came out fast, piping hot and delicious. The manager came and interacted with us and gave my son a hat, made him laugh. Our waitress checked on us often and I didn’t have to wait for a coffee refill like I do at other waffle houses. If your passing through it’s worth a stop these are good people.”

And yes there is a kid working there. She set us at our table. Got our drinks. Very nice. I have no problem with it the way i see it she could be like most kids. Rude. Don't help out. And stuck on a phone or game. But no she is being productive with her life. I say good job young ladie keep it up. For the ones that don't approve of a kid working there go somewhere else. Other wise look forward to having good service and good food.”

“I usually have no complaints, but tonight was ridiculous. I have no issues with your shake machine being down (but let's face it, its 2019 and the company should have figured out a way for this to not happen). But it was apparently down tonight, and I order via the app. Not only did anyone not come out and tell me that it was down, but when they got to my car, the two kids didn't even offer me a replacement. If you are out of something or something isn't working right, you should offer a replacement, in this case, soda, water, or even a frappe would have been acceptable replacements. You guys need to train your employees better to offer the customer other options in case this happens again, which it will because as I said in the beginning, your shake machines are a laughing stock.”
