“Stopped last night for my ten hour break and the lot was very quiet and clean. This nice little diner is just off the highway and easy to get to. It's nice they let trucks park here. After I got up I went in and ordered lunch and the servers were very nice, and the food was excellent. I'll definitely come back. Nice place.”

“Had a great time at this joint. Enjoyed the atmosphere and girls. Absolutely will come again. Food was yummy. Parking great for tractor trailers. Remember they close by 4pm but open by 6am. Can't wait to try their breakfast. Hot dogs I got. Chili and coleslaw was really good. I would order again but I think this is the kind of place I wanna try something different each time. I could get some of the caffeinated drinks at Starbucks for a better price and a much better taste experience, but hey, we are talking about Baskin Robbins here. They have to be able to pay their staff somehow, as they aren't all that busy. We went in for an hour on a Friday afternoon, and there was only ONE single male customer the whole time.”

It's amazing how organized and fast those kids are... they get 2 lines of cars through that are wrapped around the building faster than some fast food restaurants get 2 or 3 cars through! “For a company who has the motto "Give a little extra" on their drink cups, my sandwich fell short. I had 3 inches on one end that had only chipotle sauce on my Big Kahuna. Other than that, everything was as expected. Tables were clean and the food was tasty. But I won't revisit this location again when visiting friends and family in the area. Were a staff member to fix a sandwich like that back home in California, I think they would lose their job. I expected too much from Statesville, NC.”

“I had a good dining experience here on a Sunday after church. The restaurant was really crowded, and there was a long wait. I am not complaining because this is normally a sign that the food is good. I was not disappointed because the flounder, popcorn shrimp, and French fries were cooked to perfection, and the service was exceptional. This was a breath of fresh air compared to the service provided a few years ago. I had not been to this restaurant for more than 15 years until just a few months ago. I was delighted to discover that I could enter this restaurant without being bombarded by some foul-mouthed waitresses who also had a terrible attitude problem. It is amazing what a change in a business's personnel can make. I shall return.”

“They need more of a selection at lunch time. Not leave the cold pizzas on the bar they only had maybe 3 pizzas if that due to leaving one style on two trays. Then get better cooking crew in to do a better job of keeping the pizzas on the bar. I believe that we have a better pizza chain called Village Inn Pizza. We will be going back to it. They keep up a lot better than Cicis. Maybe Cicis will learn better over time.”

One of the employees was throwing an attitude when we brought our food back but the manager turned a terrible experience into one that I feel needs a review. He made all the difference we were not going return but now I will return because if the manager is going to do so well at his job I shouldn't let a couple of employees change our mind on patronage. “I love Bojangles and I loved it this time. The only problem I have with any fast food place these days is they don't include anything you'd need with your food anymore. Napkins are a necessity and I never get one anymore. Also, if I order coffee, I don't think it's too much to ask to expect cream and sugar with my order. If I was in the store, I know where it is, but I don't have it readily available in my car. Condiments would be nice as well. They used to just put it in, then they started asking, and now, they don't even bother to include ANYTHING. It was still one of the best steak biscuits I've ever had.”
