“If you’re looking for a relaxing and delicious breakfast or lunch spot - this is the place! The atmosphere was fantastic and so welcoming. We loved being able to watch the bakers at work while we sipped our coffee and waited for our food. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely nice and pleasant. We were SO impressed with the coffee, Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel, Mediterranean Egg Sammie, and Coffee Cake! It was all wonderful! You can easily tell that everything is made with care using very high quality, natural, and fresh ingredients. We are so excited that we have this type of bakery/cafe in our area now!! The one piece of advice I would give is that this might not be your best bet if you are in a big rush. But I honestly don’t think this is a place meant for folks who are in a big hurry. Keep up the great work, Linden Bakery!! You’ve 100% won us over!!”

“The Counter was definitely a missing piece in the Charlotte deli scene. I recently had a catering order for my Uptown office of 100+ employees. Ordering was a breeze and they were very accommodating to a couple of dietary restrictions I had requested. My staff is asking when are we having them cater again. You gotta try the Godfather Sangweech, it’s massive, meaty and delicious! Everyone was raving about the house-made pastrami sandwich too! The bread they use…is absolutely wonderful. For my next order I’m definitely going to try their Lox extraordinaire. Thank you for bringing tasteful food to the Charlotte area!”

“My 5 year old son has always had home hair cuts by a close friend because he’s been a little scared of going to a salon or barbershop. He recently decided he wanted to go and get it done somewhere and we ended up at Linked Up. I’m so happy we did because we had a wonderful experience and he opened up as the appointment went on. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming, the decor and overall vibe is very unique and fun. Byron cut his hair and was so patient and easy with him. He did a wonderful job, we were so happy with how it turned out. It was very relieving for both my son and I since I was worried about him being nervous. We can’t wait to go back and my older son is already asking when he gets to go.”

“Love this little ice cream shop in our community! We’ve tried several flavors: cookies & cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and birthday cake batter. They were all wonderful. My mother and father in law had a banana split and a coke float that they both seemed to enjoy. I love that they have other snacks available and they have glass bottle drinks. They have inside and outside seating. Great location, Good atmosphere, reasonable prices, and wonderful staff!”

“Clean store. Helpful and kind staff. A bit overpriced on the Baskin Robbins side. I could get some of the caffeinated drinks at Starbucks for a better price and a much better taste experience, but hey, we are talking about Baskin Robbins here. They have to be able to pay their staff somehow, as they aren't all that busy. We went in for an hour on a Friday afternoon, and there was only ONE single male customer the whole time.”

“I usually have no complaints, but tonight was ridiculous. I have no issues with your shake machine being down (but let's face it, its 2019 and the company should have figured out a way for this to not happen). But it was apparently down tonight, and I order via the app. Not only did anyone not come out and tell me that it was down, but when they got to my car, the two kids didn't even offer me a replacement. If you are out of something or something isn't working right, you should offer a replacement, in this case, soda, water, or even a frappe would have been acceptable replacements. You guys need to train your employees better to offer the customer other options in case this happens again, which it will because as I said in the beginning, your shake machines are a laughing stock.”
