The nicest McDonald's stop I have made in a long time, maybe ever. Fast service and food done well. “Went there to grab some lunch for my son who was wrestling at Cleveland High School. Got there around 8:30 and asked if I could order a meatball sub this early in the morning. The young lady behind the counter apologized and said she just started the meatballs since they make them fresh everyday. I asked approximately how long it would take since I wasn't in a rush and she told me about 10 minutes. I decided to wait for the meatballs to finish. She was very accommodating and asked if I wanted anything while I waited. As soon as the meatballs were done she made the sandwich and asked me if I wanted a cookie for my wait. I thanked her and told her I was good, no thank you. In today's world, if this happened at other places, I would have been met with dirty looks and no smiles. This young lady was excellent and I will now go out of my way to visit this particular Subway over others.”

“This visit we were a little bit disappointed with the service. We needed to track down our server at least three or four times to get refills on drinks, refills on chips, to collect our bill, to get a box to put our leftover food in. We were one of four tables in the place. And it appears we were his only table. I ordered unsweetened tea, he brings me sweet tea, he apologized and brought me another glass and it was sweet tea. He then apologized and said both urns must have sugar in it, what else would I like to drink? SMH.”

“The only reason for the 4 star is the air wasn’t working in the side room we were in. They had portable air conditioners but is was about 97 degrees outside and 88 in the room.
