“Edit: they really need to work on consistency. Fantastic! Considering they opened a restaurant in the middle of the worst situation for a restaurant ever...I’m hoping we locals can help them out. There would be absolutely no pity, mind you, because the food so far is delicious! Wings could’ve been cooked a little less (like 30 seconds) but the flavor (garlic parmesan) was on point. Especially with homemade ranch! The pizza is the Jersey Special and it’s phenomenal. I look forward to trying more of their menu items very soon!”

“Went there to grab some lunch for my son who was wrestling at Cleveland High School. Got there around 8:30 and asked if I could order a meatball sub this early in the morning. The young lady behind the counter apologized and said she just started the meatballs since they make them fresh everyday. I asked approximately how long it would take since I wasn't in a rush and she told me about 10 minutes. I decided to wait for the meatballs to finish. She was very accommodating and asked if I wanted anything while I waited. As soon as the meatballs were done she made the sandwich and asked me if I wanted a cookie for my wait. I thanked her and told her I was good, no thank you. In today's world, if this happened at other places, I would have been met with dirty looks and no smiles. This young lady was excellent and I will now go out of my way to visit this particular Subway over others.”

They remembered me from when I had been there two days prior and genuinely seemed to care about where I was coming from and how I was doing. “Very excited to have discovered this local gem! Be aware that chef Alex runs his restaurant a bit outside the norm so be sure to read his website and look at his hours. Because we didn't ... However, we got lucky to walk in for Sunday buffet dinner, and Alex welcomed us with open arms even though we didn't have reservations. Dinners are reservations only. My husband is a carnivore and loved the food! The 'meatloaf' and gravy were outstanding. The mashed sweet potatoes, noodles, zucchini bread, regular bread, roasted veggies, bean dish were a hit. Everything was tasty and we'll done. The buffet was gluten free. I'm excited to have found a place I can get healthy take out too. Also very personable and friendly.”
