“I agree the Jerk Chicken is amazing. I have eaten here 3 times. Each time mixed vegetables were good and fresh Jerk Chicken was excellent. The two times the Curry Goat was tiny pieces slightly overcooked. The Second time that I went the rice and peas were hard to the point of crunchy, but the first time and today rice and peas were excellent.”

“Wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch. She had the Maple Honey Turkey Sub and I had the American. Subs were perfectly made and neat. We also got combo with Fries and drink. The fries were also perfect, not greasy, not soggy. Crispy and seasoned wonderfully. We will be back for sure. Super clean establishment and super welcoming staff.”

“Nice small restaurant. Service was decent but we were the only ones here at lunch time. I had a ground beef burrito with rice and beans but they messed up the order and gave me regular beef. She took the plate, had to remake it, and brought back my same rice and beans which is a kitchen no-no. I knew it was the same because I had already ate some. Once something gets to a customer's table, it cannot go back to the kitchen. The rice was spectacular, literally best ever, but the beans were okay. Other downside was our waitress was too busy watch soaps than focusing on us. I will return but maybe get something else.”

“Tried the sampler platter; the smoked turkey was not available for another hour; so I went with double brisket (9/10) sausage (9/10) and pulled pork (10/10). All the meats have great flavor! In hind sight I should have asked for double pork instead as that one was my favorite. The Corn bread muffin was irresistible (there goes my keto diet). Also tried the coleslaw and the cucumber onion salad; both were very tasty. I would definitely stop here again for a meal if I was nearby.”

“We stumbled on this place tonight while walking over to Simple Twist for dinner, and we are so glad that we did! It was their first night open, and they were doing everything they could to make everyone happy. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. They have a pretty diverse menu, and everything we had was perfect from the dumplings to shawarma. I highly recommend stopping by to see them! They are personable and do not disappoint. Smithfield is lucky to have something so unique right downtown. I tried to take pictures of our food, but some of it was too delicious!”
