“Food is very good but they need to teach the waitresses better customer service. Someone in my party ordered a certain dish and we all heard her order and the waitress insisted that no she didn’t. Any other restaurant would have said no problem and gave her what she wanted. If the waitress would have done her job right her tip would have been better. Customer service and food are what makes the restaurant good. Other then that everything else was alright.”

“Expectation management...this is a fast casual place. You wouldn't say the food was bad, but great is a bit of an overstatement. The Yaki Chicken was good, but the chicken and shrimp hibachi was underwhelming. The shrimp was frozen and you could tell by the taste. The rice was good, but the canned carrots were way to sweet and drew away from the over all dish. I would like to see the chicken marinated instead of thrown on the grill with the sauce dumped on. The service was fast and the establishment was clean.”

“We had a burger and some wings. We ordered the Asian Zing, and Caribbean Jerk. The burger was really good. I liked the A. Z. Wings! Didn't care for the Jerk flavor. My friend did though. They couldn't make me a dirty martini. Didn't have the stuff, so I ordered a bloody mary. It was way too hot. I couldn't finish it..... I would go there again.”

“I have been here several times for lunch and everything was hot and delicious. Tonight I went to the all you can eat 2 for $22 and it was nothing to brag about. Dirty dishes left on our table, was almost done with my meal before I was offered a refill on my drink, and the food, right off of the bar, was only lukewarm. Fried okra was greasy and cold. Probably would have done better to go to Golden Corral.”

“I like to eat at Cracker Barrel. The dining room is large and even with lots of people there, it is still fairly quiet. It has a pleasant atmosphere and the food is always delicious. You are able to order breakfast all day but I have not done that yet. Today I had an item I have never tried before, but it was so good I will have it again. It was the roast beef open-faced sandwich. I just have no words to tell how good it was. You will have to try it yourself. Happy dining.”
