The Palm Charlotte

Great NY Strip. The wedge salad is great. However, the Whipped Potatoes (mashed) are out of this world. I do not know how much butter they put in those Whipped potatoes, but wow, they are great. I have considered going there for dinner and eating nothing but the Whipped Potatoes. But seriously, I have tried all the steaks and have never been disappointed. The wait staff is always excellent.

While the food is always great, I like having business lunches and dinners here also. You are not sitting on top of everyone else, I hate that about some restaurants. I love the food at the Cheesecake Factory, but try having a confidential business meeting with a total stranger sitting 24 inches to your right. The Palm is a great place for a business lunch or dinner.

I went there with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday. The crab cakes for appetizers and the stakes were really good! I also liked the mashed potatoes and asparagus fritti. The service was amazing.

My family and I love the place! Impeccable service, excellent steaks combined with a warm, "welcome, you are family" atmosphere! The one star that is missing is only because of the dining room layout. I would love to see something different with the layout to allow for more table privacy and easier navigation for the staff serving and/or running food to customers. We will be back soon!

I really loved everything about the Palm. Laughing at the sly jokes on the wall, while waiting on our meal. I find it amazing, if anyone can finish their meal in its entirety. The portion size of everything, makes that task hard. I love the perfect cook on everything. There is nothing to complain about.
