P.F. Chang's

Being celiac it is important for me to have good restaurant options that prepare dishes with care to insure no cross contamination. I have never had an issue with any of their gluten free meals over the last several years. Great dish options prepared carefully!! You rock PF Chang's!!! Thank you.

Our server was excellent. The food was brought on perfect timing. The meal did not feel rushed. The temperature was perfect in the restaurant. It was spotless. I would recommend the dragon roll to anyone who enjoys sushi.

FOOD WAS GOOD. SERVICE NOT BAD, WE HAD 15 IN OUR PARTY. SUSI ITEMS TOOK LONGER THAN ALL THE REST TO GET ON TABLE. BUT ALL IN ALL A GOOD TIME WAS HAD.

Typically my boyfriend and I love PF Chang’s, but for whatever reason this one wasn’t as good. Our server was good, could have been a little more attentive and placed our dishes down more nicely, but that’s just knit picking. The biggest issue was the food! With this restaurant being a chain, I would hope they would be more consistent. About a month ago we went to a PF Chang’s in Raleigh, ordered egg drop soup, pork dumplings, and the street noodles. It was amazing, so delicious. I loved it so much we decided to order the exact same thing at this PF Chang’s in Sputhpark which is down the street from us and everything was off. The egg drop soup just tasted weird, and I’ve had the soup here 5+ times. The dumplings were sloppy and a bit mushy. And our street noodles had the most random things in it that didn’t belong... there was like a pesto in noodles that are supposed to have curry? And there was supposed to be shrimp in the noodles, and there was no shrimp but chicken. Just very confusing and weird. Probably won’t come back to this location.

Order take out all the time, this place is crazy busy, especially Christmas and on New Year's Eve, like tonight. Despite all the chaos, there is one person who is genuinely and extremely hardworking at the take out counter section and her name is Kathleen. She is extremely polite and does a great job handling everything even with like 100 people standing in a queue in front of her. She's kind, recognizes you as a repeat customer and has a great personality. Her hospitality is a reason I come back everytime. All your staff is great but Kathleen is outstanding, you need more people like her. Y'all have great service and great food.
