    This Jersey Mike’s could stand to gain customer service practices from the Concord location. The young lady there asked if I had been there before when I came in. I explained no, I hadn’t and thought she would assist me (I had a birthday coupon). Instead, she asked the people behind me if they knew what they wanted and just had them go around me. Astonished, I just picked a steak sub and called it a day. My sub was good, but intensely messy, so I gave the establishment 3 stars. On another note, I was near the mall a day later and decided to eat at the Jersey Mike’s in Concord. I was blown away by how kind they were. I hope it spreads to this location.

    Service was good, had no wheat bread and smelled of dirty mop.

    Very good food, good service, may be slightly higher than others but worth it. Friendly staff, quick service. Over all very good
