Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a veggie bowl.
Portions are really small enough for a child. Food did not taste very fresh.

I was just passing through while visiting Johnson C. Smith for a recruitment event. I can understand the busyness of lunch hour, but customer service is never underrated when consumers are spending their money. The staff who waited on me seemed to possess an attitude as if they were doing me a favor by servicing me. CHAEDEN, who serviced me at the register saved this experience. He was so professional, kind and welcoming. Thank you - I am not sure if you are positioning yourself for management but you certainly have the spirit and attitude of a manager. I would come back to this location just because of how authentic you were.

Fast and friendly service at this location. U leave not full something's wrong. Give great portions

A friend from work picked us up some food to go for lunch, and it was quite good. You could tell all the ingredients were fresh. I got a steak burrito with the fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. It was very good, and their salsa was very tasty and fresh as well. The chips have a hint of lime...but not like the tostitos that are obviously artificial. Chips were fresh and tasty. I definitely appreciated the food.
