Nakato Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar

This was our first time coming here but have heard a lot about it. I guess all of the rumors were true. This place was AMAZING! Everything from the hostess all the way to the food was top notch. I had the Hibachi Filet. This was the best steak I have ever had, cooked to perfection. The prices were comparable to most Japanese steakhouse. As a family of 4, we got out for around $100. which is pretty good for this type of restaurant. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Concord area!

Nice environment,staff was professional and welcoming. The grill was nice and cozy. The chef was great, only one negative mark. I asked for no onions in my rice and the answer I received from the chef was, he didn't pay attention, next time come back. That was a not professional. We ordered deserts and didn't get that either and all we got was, I'm so sorry. Not professional either. So don't think I'll return. Overall it was ok.

Great quality food. The chefs are entertaining and the food is a step above the other competitors in the area. My kids love the part of the dining where you can sit on"floor." Sushi is good too. You really can't go wrong here. Prices may be a bit higher than others, but you can taste quality.

First time customer. The place is very upscale and wide open. It feels like walking into the entrance of a 5 star hotel. I sat at the sushi bar and was taken back by how nice the vibe is, with all of the art and culture. I ordered a few things all over the sushi menu to try it all. The Superman roll and seared eel with snow crab. Absolutely loved it. Other people were asking me what I got because it was so visually appetizing. The taste was incredible. Also, it was cool watching them sear the tops of the seafood with a blow torch!
