The amount of times my wife and I have driven past Lucky Lou’s without taking it seriously is criminal. We finally decided to give it a shot on a Friday night for dinner and came away pleasantly surprised. Friday night is karaoke night by the way, and while some of the folks were a bit cringe-worthy it was still a nice time. I got the Philly cheesesteak and my wife ordered the beer battered cod sandwich (with a side of mustard-based potato salad, which should also be criminal and not in a good way). We also started with an app of the pimiento cheese fritters which were delicious. The food was solid, atmosphere was enjoyable even as they were short staffed and everyone was friendly. True Charlotte dive bar that I hope to go back with friends and enjoy a casual night out.

I hate to rate this place so high because I don't want anyone else to know about it. Amazing staff. Food you'd expect but slightly better. Always an entertaining crowd around. A great sleeper pick for one of the best dives in Charlotte.

The only Seahawks bar in The Charlotte area! Their friendly staff makes you feel more like family than a customer! Andi and her staff offer top notch service and always with a smile! The always pleasant atmosphere makes you want to come back week after week and feels like home! Lucky Lou's is by far the best bar in town!

Best place in Charlotte. Only Seahawks bar in NC/SC. Treats 12's like family. Best staff ever. Great food, service and Staff. Go check them out. You will not find a better place to hang out with family and friends.
