Upon walking in, this is a warm inviting restaurant. The wood is stacked high to insure freshly cooked barbecue. The hostesses were nice and got me in touch with a manger. We got a tour of the large barbecue pit area. Man this place was awesome. We saw how the food was cooked then we tasted the product. The ribs fell off the bone ????. The pulled apart pork was juicey and the slaw went perfectly with it. The macaroni was made with different cheeses including white cheese. I really absolutely loved it. The fries are seasoned just right and for dessert ???? I had the apple pie,,,, make sure you try it!! You won't be disappointed
1st time here tonight. Great food and great atmosphere; however what impressed me just as much was the staff. I happened to have one of my dogs with me so I asked if I could sit on the patio with my dog while I ate. The hostess informed me that the patio was actually not open for full service at the moment but told me she could ask the bartender, Jamie, and see if he wouldn’t mind serving me out there and told me to go ahead and have a seat on the patio. Jamie came out and gave excellent service: friendly & professional. Great experience! Again, the food and atmosphere are great but the fact that they went out of their way to serve me on the patio (bc I had a dog with me) when the patio wasn’t technically open says a lot. So simple but such a great gesture. Great customer service has been lost with so many businesses but this staff has it. I will be back for sure!
I'm from TEXAS, and this is some of the best brisket in Charlotte. Love the atmosphere, lots of local beer. My only gripe is the prices are base on sharing. It's pricey to eat if it's just you. Sides are separate from meats. Overall great food!
A la carte sandwiches. Baked Mac n cheese was amazing but portion size was half of what I expected. The pulled pork sandwich was smoky and flavorful but not hot when it arrived at the table. Fried okra was full sized pods and amazing. Mixed drink was strong and we'll flavored. We'll be back.
First time visiting Noble Smoke and it was fantastic! We ordered brisket, chopped pork, smoked wings, field peas, fried okra, Mac and cheese, collards and Hand Pie for dessert. The food was delicious! We were so impressed with the brisket that the manager on duty, Mark, kindly gave us a tour of the smoke room where the meat is prepared and met the Pit Master. I'd definitely recommend Noble Smoke! We can't wait to go back.
