Positive review: the place had a big upgrade and everything looked nice

Negative reviews: No employee seemed positive or in a good mood. Cheese bottles were empty. They should also have music at this place would be nice. Bathroom does not look hygienic/ clean. We was not greeted like old times in cicis pizza.

WOW!!! This place had a serious upgrade. The new decor and furniture really make the place more pleasant. I noticed the tables, floors and trash areas were kept nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and pizza was good. Their playroom also has more games for kids. Over all worth the money.

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Cici’s and the moment I entered this location I noticed how much they have changed for good. This location in specific had a really nice decor and modern furniture. The pizza selection was great. I ordered a custom pizza and was told it would take 10 minutes and it was right on time. The brownies are just delicious. I noticed how quickly they were to clean the tables as well. My favorite part was how cheap this place is for the amount you get. Hands down!

It has been years since I’ve gone to a Cici’s Pizza establishment - because there aren’t too many around town. When I visited this one, immediately I noticed a modern/clean looking seating area, buffet style selections, and attentive staff. The food was great, and the buffet pricing was even better. If you are on a budget but want to feel satiate your hunger, this is the place to go. Yeah, you do have to clear your table but so what, if you want a bus boy to help you out go somewhere else, this is how the keep the prices down :D
