I came in one time with a group of friends and they didn't serve us the same cause we were young adults and not "adults" so they treated us like we couldn't pay. We asked for hummus with the bread and the server replied "that'll be extra you know". Other than that... I recommend the lamb with all my heart and always order the flat bread with hummus.”

“I had a fantastic experience here. I cashier was very friendly and smiled and created a welcoming environment. While she could not immediately take my order she did welcomed me and acknowledged my presence and that she would be with me shortly. Upon taking my order, my meal began being prepared immediately and was made to perfection. The restaurant was clean despite having come in after the noon rush. A great experience all around and look forward to my next visit. There is parking near for those of limited mobility.”

“I nice, busy location for this casual dining chain. They have a large, covered outdoor patio on the side of this location that is right beside an area with grass and trees, so it's nicer than just "dining beside a parking lot". Nice sandwiches, salads and soups. Keep in mind that a large drink is huge, and parking at peak hours can be challenging if you want a space nearby.”

“Tonight my Husband and I attended a function with the Marriage Ministry from my Church New Beginnings Church in Matthew's. Chef Henry catered the event and EVERYTHING was OUTSTANDING. There was more than enough food which consisted of: Chicken Breast, Beef w/Mushrooms, Rice Pilaf, Green Beans, MacNCheese, Salad, Fruit, Spinach Dip. Banana Pudding, Cake, Two choices of beverage. “3.20.19 - so we gave this location a second chance and it turned out better. Service was prompt, chicken was cooked and biscuits were soft. Here's hoping for more positive experiences in the future. Early 2018 - The chicken was disgusting and obviously not fresh, nor cooked anytime recently. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the fries were soggy and cold. It's a sad day when people just don't give a damn about their job and serve disgusting food without a care in the world. We won't be back to this location, we'll gladly go elsewhere.”

“I had the hamburger steak for lunch. It was very good. It came with fries and slaw. The fries were good, but the slaw was awful. I'm really sorry, but the slaw needs some major work. To begin with it needs to be chopped, not stringy, and use a mayo base. The atmosphere and staff are so AWESOME, I guess I can just overlook the slaw. Family type restaurant with a '50's vibe. “We arrived at 3:00 and was told lunch was no longer being served. The prices on the dinner menu were a little steep for what we ordered. I had the lasagna which was a very small portion and was told it was made earlier in the day and reheated. The sauce was very good but the lasagna tasted like one of the frozen ones I had from Trader Joe's. My friends ordered the pizza which we each had a small taste. Kind of pricey for the size. My other friend had the shrimp and pasta which was good. The only thing I would rave about was the delicious warm bread with seasoned oil. Our waiter was very attentive and brought us another basket after he saw that we had finished the first.”

“Let me start by saying that the service here is excellent! Need a refill? Another napkin or such? They jump and you have what you need in what feels like seconds; not minutes. Awesome staff. Definitely call ahead for seating. It helps big time if you are dining in during busy times. As for the food, it was good but nothing special. Steak was cooked correctly as was everything else but the quality of the meat (to me) was just OK. If comparing to the other steak establishments in the area, there is a definite difference in the quality of the food when paying a few dollars more elsewhere. I would definitely go back to TR but in all honesty, it would be my 3rd choice. The steaks, baked potato and bread elsewhere are just more to my liking. That's not to say you won't enjoy your meal here. It's good but nothing special to me.”

“Metro Diner was awesome. The hostess greeted us right away. She had a huge smile on her face and genuinely seemed happy to be there(see last review)! She thanked us for coming in, asked about our day, asked if we had been there before. She sat us quickly and explained the specials. Our waitress was just as nice and the service was fast. The food was delicious. It was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly how we ordered it. Every employee that passed by our table smiled and seemed happy. Light, happy, friendly, atmosphere.
