Excellent staff. Will go out of their way to please. Food is fresh and hot

I would give this place 3 stars because the employees we’re very friendly and we’re happy to help even while busy. However the food is incredibly basic, almost no flavors in the wrap we got and the salad was just random things thrown in to a bowl, spinach leaves were super large and thrown in with tiny ingredients like dried cranberries which was a difficult salad to eat. Additionally the salmon I got on my salad was just microwaved 3 times before the threw it in the bowl. Nothing seemed fresh and tasted mediocre at best. Likely will not return.

I come here on my lunch break for convenience and it is quite good. My only gripes are the portions. Both me and my Dad notice the portions have reduced dramatically, yet the prices the same or higher. I like that i can customize my flatbread or wrap, and the staff is usually pretty pleasant.

First let me say that I do love the salads and it keeps me coming back. My experience on the other hand was not that great. I was in about 1 week ago and ordered 2 salads online. I added extra dressing to the first but neglected to ask for extra dressing with the second. When I arrived and gave my name for the pick up order, I asked for extra dressing for the particular salad I did not order extra dressing for. I was told your order is correct and handed my paper bag to me. I again said that I needed extra dressing for the one salad and again was told that my order was correct. I tried to explain what happened and what I needed. The clerk got upset grabbed the paper bag from me ripped it open and began taking the items out of the bag.
At that point someone else came from the back and asked what was going on. I proceeded to explain that I needed an additional dressing and I was told that you have the extra dressing. I made them aware that yes, I had in fact ordered extra dressing for one salad but neglected to get extra for the second. The clerk put the extra dressing in a new bag an handed me my items.
Like I stated previously, the salads keep me coming, but the service sucks some times. And I ordered 3 extra dressings with my first salad, but only received 1 extra. I was willing to pay extra for the dressings.
