JINYA Ramen Bar - Ally Charlotte Center

I came here with a couple of my friends. The interior decor is amazing! While you are admiring the decor the aromas from the kitchen will peak your senses and the anticipation grows as you wait to he seated. My server was extremely prompt and friendly, and the manager even came by our table to make sure everything was fine. Our food was GREAT and so was the Saki. I will be back very soon!

This place is amazing! I highly recommend. The food and drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, the vibe was perfect. I will definitely be going back. It was crowded, so no street parking was available but there is a parking garage next door (just beware that the parking garage is a little pricey).

Nice experience for a simple dinner. We've been graving good ramen for a while and finally found this spot uptown. It definitely comes closest to the true Japanese experience. I wished for more broth and less of the noodles, and a hotter bowl. The tastes were great though and service overall to our satisfaction. Tables are a bit closer next to each other and expect the typical all-restaurant welcoming shout... For everyone. No option to reserve a table so you may have to wait a few minutes.

The food was amazing, but what was most amazing was the service. My server, Juan, was so kind to my table and had such a great attitude. He seems to really enjoy serving and provided such great service. He was quick, and checked on us frequently to ensure we were well-served and provided recommendations since it was my first time there. I will be going back for the great food and amazing service!

The food was amazing!!! The kids dish is perfect, omg!! Our server Rae was excellent, fun, and attentive to our table’s needs. Thank you Rae! 🙏🏼 We enjoyed sitting outside as well. The only thing I’d say is the music was as loud as a freaking disco club, like huh? Where’s the dance floor because I can’t hear the people at my table.
