Mariposa

I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars because when my friends and I sat down at our table, the waiter didn't greet us for 30+ minutes. The bartender was phenomenal, I enjoyed the drinks. They have shareable small and large plates. I had the Salmon Rillettes and the Gullah Paella. Also, as far as the dress code is concerned, I've seen people in cocktail attire and some dressed down in jeans but they were still dressed nice. I would recommend this restaurant.

We really enjoyed our evening at Mariposa. The space has been nicely updated and the menu is inspired. Very diverse selection of small, medium, and large plates with a solid drinks and wine selection. We had great service from a busy bar table including a neat view of the kitchen. Definitely still be back soon!

Absolutely incredible. Chris took excellent care of us at the bar. It's rare to be impressed from beginning to end, service, food and presentation. We tried the pork belly lettuce wraps, mushroom toast, piri piri chicken and short ribs with the potatoes as our side. I can't express how delicious every single bite was. You'll have to try it for yourself.

Wonderful experience. Excellent selections and very nice ambience. Parking is right across the street.

I dined here with a friend to celebrate a 40th birthday. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service was friendly and efficient. Starting from multiple bartenders, who served with a smile, to the manager, who checked in on us to ensure that everything was going well, to the waitstaff, who made excellent food/wine suggestions and who were exceptionally friendly—this was a highly positive experience, from start to finish. We felt like honored guests. I cannot recommend Mariposa highly enough! What a wonderful place in which to celebrate a special evening.
