I had a spectacular experience with Arthur today at Reid's. I didn't know what to order for lunch. Arthur walked me through the entire menu giving me excellent recommendations, leading to an amazing lunch. Very professional atmosphere, highly recommend. Ask for Arthur!

I ordered from Reid's at the Levine Center to cater a lunch meeting. Everyone loved the hot food. Ordering online and delivery were seamless.
Customer service was outstanding. Nikki, the catering contact, was available for any questions and responded very quickly. Will use again without hesitation.

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the space and friendliness of the staff. Typically for brand new opens there's a sense of chaos and lack of service... not here! Food was great, wine bar is fantastic, and love the indoor/outdoor feel which is difficult to find in Uptown Charlotte.

def recommend! Good spot for casual lunch but also would be a great date night spot for bottle of wine and small bites.

I was recommended to try a burger special that I think is only offered on Tuesdays. This location is currently brand new. We walked in, the line moved very fast to order. Separate line to pay also moved very fast. Food came out...very fast. We took our burgers to go. The burger patty size was generous. After the first bite I would say it's the best burger within walking distance of work that I have tried, and I have tried a few. Cooked medium well, very juicy and flavorful. The truffle fries were icing on the cake. Cost around $9, worth it.
