First time at this new restaurant and I must say we received remarkable service. Great waitress, very welcoming, clean and beautiful environment. Table service was remarkable. Evelyn was so amazing. She made sure we were satisfied with our food and service. Very caring waitress. Staff made sure we were satisfied as well. Keep up the great customer service. We will return. Enjoyed it all!!

Simply PERFECT. This is a new restaurant, located where New Tin Tin used to be. This was our first visit here, so we had high hopes and expectations. Sakura did NOT disappoint at all!

We found the restaurant to be in a good location and was very clean when we arrived. Service was prompt and menu selection was great. Appetizer selections were on-point. We had the Miso soup and spring rolls.We had originally intended to come here to try the sushi, but after looking at so many options available, we opted for the Sizzling Shrimp and Sizzling Chicken. Presentation was A+, as the food is prepared partially in front of you as it is moved to a very hot cast iron skillet, hence the "sizzling". We had more than enough for take out to eat later.

We were also pleased that they had green tea ice cream, something that is very hard to find in restaurants.

All-in-all, excellent food (cooked perfectly) and great service. We will definitely be back very soon to try the sushi. Highly recommended!

We were looking for someplace else and came across this amazing jewel. Fresh ingredients, bright authentic Japanese flavors, and the friendliest hosting I have ever experienced. Will fix your choices to your specifications with a smile. Authentic Japanese spice experience, not watered down for the boring. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. It was so wonderful to relax and enjoy a GREAT meal. The chef simply makes some of the BEST Pad Thai. The seafood is a pleasure on the palette. You will be sad to leave. We have searched for a GOOD Japanese fair restaurant....and we found it.

I love my "auntie" at Sakura's. The environment is amazing and I've been dying to write about them since they opened! The food is amazing and they truly bring the Japanese culture here to Charlotte. Beautifully and lovingly plated food. 3000/10 in my husband's and my book!

The staff here is very kind. The food is yummy and prepared well. We had the ramen and both enjoyed our meals. I also had some tea which was quite flavorful. The decor is beautiful! An overall pleasurable experience.
