“What a fun place! Full disclosure: I was able to get a free item due to a partnership with Yelp Charlotte. The menu can be a little overwhelming if you aren't prepared. I made sure to take a peek at it before arriving so I would be ready. The cashier was patient with us as we fumbled through ordering. Lol. For this visit I ordered the Seoul Galaxy Tea. It had beautiful layered colors topped off with a super cute LED ice cube. The drink had a delicious and unique flavor but was a little on the sweet side. My husband tried the Caramel Cafe Latte with almond milk. It was really good. I'm already looking forward to what I will try on my next visit. Thanks for offering this cool Yelp event! “Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Staff was extremely friendly. I ordered a yogurt parfait, an iced coffee, and a sandwich which i cant remember the name of but very similar to a caprice sandwich. Everything was delicious, the yogurt parfait was creamy with plenty of fruit with some granola and a touch of what tasted like local wildflower honey, the iced coffee actually tasted of coffee instead of sugar syrup and wasnt 99% ice either, the sandwich was perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, they used fresh mozzarella that was soft and delicate but flavorful with fresh basil and very soft and ripe tomatoes. Will definitely be visiting again soon.”

“We had been to Zadar Jane's once before and thoroughly enjoyed the food, coffee and service. Our waitress Kris had previously given us our best dining experience on record. We decided to go back and we were not disappointed! My husband and I have some ingredient restrictions. Not only did Kris ensure we were aware when this might be an issue she thoroughly checked ingredients and made sure we were well taken care of. We will be coming back over and over again because the food is delicious, but more importantly their service is wonderful.”

EDIT: 30 minutes later they finally finished my sticks, and they were as good as every other Auntie Anne's, so they get a star for that. They don't seem to give as much cheese dip as others, though, so you might want to buy some extras. As consolation for the long wait, they gave us a free pretzel/drink/dip combo, so I gave them another star since that sort of balances out the $10 price tag. Final thoughts: Not the best Auntie Anne's I've been to, but at least the food's good.”

“The staff here are amazing, kind, accommodating and reduce my anxiety with their efficiency, customer service, kindness, and dedication to resolving any issues (never had one but my former roommate did and they handled it rapidly and provided her and I a goodwill type redemption card for a free beverage) fairly and quickly. Additionally, as someone with anxiety and other health problems, wearing a mask is not possible at this time. It adversely affects my mental and physical health. I truly appreciate that Starbuck's has an efficient system in place that allows someone like me to still have access to their products without the requirement to wear a mask.
