“I discovered this place by accident when I was wandering around uptown, just playing tourist when I noticed some people walking by me carrying a bag or a cup of coffee that said Einstein Bagels. I was thrilled. I asked where Einstein Bagels was. A woman pointed to the building and off I went. I bought six bagels and headed for the Transit Center and home. Happy me! Great bagels, great variety of cream cheese. Mmmm, that makes me hungry.”

“I will typically get breakfast to go here every morning M - F. Their breakfast food is good, they give a good portion, and it's inexpensive. The staff is friendly but sometimes too talkative amongst themselves which can slow the line down some. For the most part, especially since staff changes were recently made, they move fairly quickly. Food is always good and can't beat it for the price. Same goes for the lunch. 3 stars because the drink area needs a good wiping down around the drinks, counters, and walls. It's really bad. The tables are not always clean either.”

“What can I say. These are the best waffles I’ve ever tasted. The waffle is perfectly cooked and the toppings are added in just the right combination. I normally get the deluxe waffle with Nutella, bananas and strawberries ($5). The flavors blend perfectly and add to the texture of the waffle giving a nice presentation. I have also tried the lumberjack and cinnamon waffle both of which are delicious. The drinks are also pretty good. I normally get the 20 oz. mocha blend ($5.50) which is very similar to Starbucks, taste and price wise. The inside is very cozy and gives out a modern/urban feel.”
