“Five stars only because of how lovely and thoughtful the new manager Jordan was with dealing with my order. I had ordered my favorite soup and a cookie and had asked for it to go, it was taking a little longer than I had hoped for so when I asked the manager she very politely apologized and even offered my money back for my wait time. I declined, but I was very impressed that she then went back on the line and personally made my order and got it out to me quickly. The amount of care and personal attention that I received from management made waiting a little longer not terrible, and I really appreciate the feeling of responsibility this one manager showed to make sure that I was taken care of, and even the guests that were waiting behind me who where getting upset about their own wait time. Great service makes all the difference!”

“Papas Murphy's is the best pizza around, hands down. So you order, they prep it right in front of you, they wrap it up with baking instructions and you take it home and pop in the oven for 20-35 minutes depending on which crust you get. We always order stuffed pizza so it takes 30 minutes or so in our oven. The meat stuffed pizza and the chicken, bacon, and ranch stuffed pizza are the BEST! Staff is friendly, polite and answers all questions gladly. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. They don't skimp on toppings at all. And on Tuesday they have any pizza for $10... even the stuffed ones! We just love Papa Murphy's! Don't ever change!”

“My family and I stopped by Farley's for lunch this afternoon, and I must say that I was very impressed with the food and service. Between the four of us we ordered a calzone, a 14" pie, and an order of hot wings and they were all superb. The service was excellent as well. The only negative of our visit was the general condition of the store. The floor was sticky and badly in need of mopping and the bathrooms could have used a little attention. All in all, however, the experience was quite good. Highly recommended if you are in the South Charlotte/Indian Land area!”
