Capone's Italian American bar and grill

Food and service good. Fairly priced. Not a wide selection of pasta dishes for an Italian restaurant but a good salad bar and a wide selection of sandwiches. They also seemed to have a wide selection for mixed drinks, beer and wine. This is a new restaurant in Spruce Pine so still kinda working out some kinks and they are doing a great job. Hopefully they'll get more pasta dishes on the menu soon

Had a wonderful time at Capone‘s tonight. Chicken Alfredo the chicken was perfect the noodles were perfect the sauce Excellent .New couple starting out a restaurant learning to find their wings and fly. We stopped in today for some drinks and appetizers. Great drafts and craft beers! Yummy fried ravioli and really good pizza! Wonderful patio in front.. but chilly to sit outside today. Great place to watch a football game and listen to live music tonight! Friendly, attentive service! Recommend going!

The staff and food at Capone’s are both great! My family and I had a very pleasant experience. The deep fried ravioli and fried avocado are both delicious. I’ve never tried either before we ate here. The drinks from the bar were just as good. The servers are very sweet and worked as a team helping each other. The owners, Tim and Marsha, are just as nice and friendly too. Capone’s has a fun and welcoming atmosphere and you feel nothing but good vibes from the time you walk up the patio. We enjoyed watching other guests get up and sing karaoke. Very entertaining. Thank you for the wonderful service, food and fun time! My family and I will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Me, my wife and our 2 year old daughter had amazing service at Capone’s. The service was fast, our food was hot, and they were very patient and kind to us! They made sure we had everything we needed and we never had to ask for refills. I would highly recommend dining at Capone’s! We will definitely be back to eat!
