Anne Bonny's Bar and Grill

Amazing view. Owners are fabulous. Food is so dang good. Perfect place to stop in and grab a beer! Why don't ya hang out for a few hours especially during live music. You won't regret it

Played it safe and tried the fish n chips platter, which happily satisfied my hunger. I could see two people sharing a platter menu item, but since I'm an big American boy I finished it by myself. Ron Swanson would be proud. Had a nice view of the sunset over the trees, and a cool breeze to compliment scenery.

Only thing bad was that the water smelled kinda murky, but I'm writing this review about a week and a half after Florence hit. The food was also good for my group, and I've heard the wings are something to try as well. I asked for a sweet tea and my drink tasted alittle on the unsweetened side, so either my southern side is too strong or they gave me the wrong drink (which was no big deal).

Place has a bar (that I didn't try yet) and on some nights live music is played. Still, overall chill and happy atmosphere by the river. If I'm ever back in the area, I wouldn't mind stopping by again I

Third time: food was slow, and the server was even slower. They changed the fries, which I am now not a fan of. Spent majority of my time flagging down the guy for drinks, then the check. Still decent place

Anne Bonny is a cool spot! Being able to sit on the water while you dine in what used to be a barge isn’t all too bad! Cheese curds and loaded tots were great appetizers to start with. I had the fresh lobster roll. And it was extremely fresh and light! Great service too. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely a place you should try when visiting Wilmington.

Awesome! People are great everyone is friendly. The staff is inviting and knowledgeable about the food, atmosphere and area. It was so relaxing that you dont want to leave. Good 21 and older. If you have kids they have good food they kids should see it might not be for younger ages. Very dog friendly.
