The games and food were enjoyed.But when children go to cash in tickets for prize is a disappointing.example 284 tickets get you a whistle and a rubber spider.Really after the fun kids have the disappointment sets in.I seen smiles turn to tears.The ticket exchange should include better winning options.shouldn't have to purchase the toy they really wanted.

My kid loves it, the staff is friendly and fun. The food is Fresh & yummy. The games are fun to play for kids, they also have a couple aimed for the older crowd, its a great place to be a kid!

It's okay. It's still fun for the kids but the whole reason for going is to play games. At least four Games took my money because they weren't working two other games were off because they weren't working at all. And two more games didn't give any tickets out even when the game was one because they weren't working right. I remember back in the day going and being able to get at least 200 or more tickets really easy but this time you only get one or two tickets total for each game you play and that's if you're lucky. The most tickets my son got at one shot was four. Kids will always love Chuck-E-Cheese but they really need to pay attention to their games and fix them up a little it would really make the experience a whole lot better for families
