“Went in with friends who have been there a few times. Ordered the chicken Carol. They had none. It is 4:30....supper time. I'm thinking to myself that the plain chicken salad would be the base for most of the other chicken salads. Had to settle for turkey which was basically 1slice for 8.99. My disappointment comes from the survey. I filled it out. Asked the young person where it goes. They asked the female asst mgr. They came back and took it. They read my response and shared it with another young employee. They both started laughing. I understand that from teenagers...but the asset mgr was laughing too. I did not find the humor in it. It made me angry. You should have a box to put them in. I have a feeling my survey ended up in the bucket. We left and were outside and the young employee came out and said they had a to go box for us. Had they told me when I ordered that they didn't have any at the moment and they were making some up I would've waited. Aside from that your place was really nice. Very clean. Your help were nice except they need to learn discretion as well as your asset mgr.”

“I had been eagerly awaiting the opening of Brunches and happened to walk by on their very first day. It felt like they had everything locked into place and had been operating for a number of years. Space was bright and cheery along with the attitude of the staff. The food really shone brightly with my southwestern grit bowl. Even the spoonful of plain grits I had were enough to write this review. Excited for this to be part of the regular rotation especially when it comes across from Flying Machine in the future.”

“Upon arrival we was seated fairly quickly. My waitress was very helpful and patient even though I was going through anxiety. To take her time and kept a smile on her face. This is the first time I've eaten at chili's since we moved from Charlotte. It's a wonderful experience. It's not as fancy as the high end restaurant. Its wonderful and gives you a warm feeling of home. The wood table top gives you the feeling of country living. Dont change anything about it. Your doing great.”

“The food is amazing!!! They would have received a 5 but custom service is lacking. They had trouble with order (3 in our party) and made us feel like it was our fault for the confusion. They were training a new cashier that takes the orders and she was fumbling through all of it and we were very patient. They would do better to have servers in this type of environment. It's like a traditional Mexican restaurant except you order at register and some random employee delivers food to table. They also charge you for chips when you get queso....really?!!”

There is one precious waitress named Tammy, who goes out of her way to make sure you have that sweet welcome feeling.
