As the menu says, lightly battered and golden brown. Rates at the top of my tasty shrimp list! Coke slaw, steak fries delicious. Even the unsweetened tea was at the top of the list. Excellent service!! We’ll be back!!

Dined there Saturday evening. Server was top notch young lady that checked back with us regularly. The clam chowder was fantastic. We both had "The Company Burger". It was cooked just as we requested and was juicy and flavorful. Plan to return again. Highly recommend you try it!

We try to get here every year when we vacation on Emerald Isle. Get the chowder. Food is reasonably priced and well prepared. Staff is always cheery and friendly. There can be a bit of a wait at the dinner hour, but they move the line quickly. Our son was doing some training at Camp Lejuene and made the trip down with some buddies to get some chowder. Did I mention the chowder is pretty darn good?

Only our 1st visit, but with 15 people! Many compliments. Tacos were very nice, special oysters & popcorn shrimp was good also. Both steak fries and regular (very crispy) were praised by the two who had their favorite versions. Other dishes around the room were equally well received. Onion soap was not too salty, and had a bit of sweetness to it. The front room was busy but tables were not crowded together. Good, quick service. Recommended.

Only eaten here once so far, on vacation. But it was so good. The waiter was very friendly, helpful for recommendations. The clam chowder was excellent, peaches and Brie - excellent, prime rib sandwich - so good. They had decent beer too. Left absolutely stuffed.
