    The first box of chicken was actually not good and it was hard, took the food back and they replaced it with fresh food and I was totally satisfied

    I was informed by the manager, that it is my job to check my food and make sure I'm not short on food or to make sure my order is correct! I guess it's not a requirement for the manager to make sure that her and the employees have it correct. Shame on them, how lazy can you get?! It has happened three times now in five weeks. Of course I'm going to check it everytime now, if I go back. Yesterday, on our way back from vacation, decided to stop and grab dinner. I waited 15-20 min. for the 20 piece family pack chicken to cook. It was packed in two large boxes. They still cheated me one side, usually I'm short 1 or 2 pieces of chicken or 8 pieces without any breast. Employees at Bogangles, Elizabeth City, NC, you can do better!!

    The meal was superb. Everything was fresh and proper temperature. One of the cleanest establishments I have seen and quite a while. The service could not have been better. I will visit there again.
